Cycling Holiday Weekend

This is it. This is the one for cyclists looking for a mid to late-season riding vacation, or to test and showcase your summer of training, long miles, and days in the saddle. Celebrate and reward your fitness in the best way possible, both for your budget and the planet in a safe, socially distancing manner. Join your club or group riding friends and cap off your season in style. Our Cycling Holiday is designed for your group with multiple distance choices, a variety of interesting, safe routes, and quality meals, accommodations, and camaraderie. Whether it be our Weekend or Weekday cycling tour, routes have been planned to offer higher mileage (90 - 120+ km) or lower mileage (50-75km) options for cyclists of all abilities. Looking to challenge yourself? Great! Looking for less distance one day, more the next? Awesome, that works too! Whatever your distance needs, we have something for your interest and abilities including a half day of riding mixed with a half day of sightseeing, activities or something else besides back on the bikes.

Offering spectacular views, first-rate accommodation, unique and engaging rides, as well as ideas for locally unique excursions - this is the cycling trip you need to take to see a side of the Niagara Region you didn't know existed!

Known for its beauty, terrain, wineries, and - of course - the Falls, the Niagara Region is so much more than that. Our carefully crafted routes can take you through over 30 villages, towns, hamlets, and cities. You will gain insight into the region like you have never seen before and travel safe, mostly traffic-free roads, paths, and off-beat hidden trails suitable for road bikes.

Starting in the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake (NOTL), over 4 or 5 days, on a weekday or weekend tour, we will first take you south along the Niagara River and famous Parkway as it flows into Lake Erie. Then, keeping you on bike-specific trails where possible, you will pass through Fort Erie, Stevensville, Crystal Beach, Port Colborne, and Wainfleet - to name a few - as your tour takes you west along the shores of Lake Erie. From there, we will cycle into the heartland of the Niagara Region, visiting Pelham, Fonthill, Grimsby, Jordan, and Welland before wrapping up back where we started in NOTL.

We will help you to maximize your experience by providing van support. Our team is equipped with the right snacks, beverages, know-how, and enthusiasm. They will help you on this journey - making all necessary arrangements ahead of time, transferring your luggage to let you focus on the miles and roads that await you. Experience all that this region has to offer, eating local, curated foods from the farms you rode by earlier that day! Of course at dinner try the famous wines that Niagara is famous for, all the while achieving your goals, celebrating some much-deserved freedom - and making lasting memories with new or existing friends.

All our Tours can be customized - up or down. Fill out this form if you want something more bespoke, and your group is 6 or more. Or, if you prefer to go it alone, we can scale back the frills and get you organized with the best routes, the best places to stay, and sights to see, and you can venture as we have on these open roads.
If this all seems too much and your spring training is behind where you want it to be, why not dip your wheels into the "2 Wheels, 2 Days" for our 2-day excursions that start and finish in Niagara-on-the-Lake, so you are never far from home base. These tours are a great jumping-off point with enhanced flexibility.
